The ArchCare Senior Life Specialized Care Program

The ArchCare Senior Life Specialized Care Program is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) specially designed to meet the health and social needs of seniors. The innovative PACE model of care provides all the healthcare and other services seniors need to stay healthy and continue to live safely in the community for as long as possible.

  • Nutritional services, including meals
  • Personal care

Who is Eligible to Join ArchCare Senior Life?

Seniors may be eligible to participate in the ArchCare Senior Life Specialized Care Program if:

  • They are 55 or older
  • They qualify for Medicare and/or Medicaid or can pay privately
  • They are eligible for nursing home care but able to live safely at home with PACE assistance at the time of enrollment
  • Their healthcare needs can be met at home and in our PACE centers
  • They reside in the ArchCare Senior Life service area, which currently includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Westchester and Staten Island
